- New patients can self-register their details online via the website
- Or Send email or SMS to patient with a link to the New Patient Info Form
- New patient fills out the Patient Information form and submit it online
- New patient is notified that the information has been received.
- Reception / Admin receives an email from website when a submission is lodged
- Email contains a PDF attachment of completed Client Patient Information Form
- Save and upload the Attached PDF Patient Form in Genie.
- Completed Forms are automatically saved on the secured website
